
About Caitlyn Ann
Caitlyn Veronda-Ann Russell was born on February 1st, 2003 to Bishop Clarence V. Russell III and Pastor Jaimi B. Russell in the city of Chesapeake, VA. In 2007, at the tender age of 7, she gave her life to Christ and committed to St. Paul Baptist Church in Suffolk, VA. She has been active in ministry since the age of 9. She has been involved in the Audio & Visual Ministry, Celebration Choir, Youth Choir and Ministry, Teen Praise Dancers, and Missionary Ministry.

In 2021, she graduated from Nansemond River High School located in Suffolk, VA. As well as the Governor's School for the Arts, located in Norfolk, VA. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University, where she is majoring in Strategic Communications.
On January 1st, 2024, Caitlyn Russell was appointed as the Youth Director, over the the youth ministry of St. Paul Baptist Church. Where the Lord gave the name "The Chosen Generation". Since installment, the city-wide youth gathering "Fifth Friday Fire" was birthed and still on-going. The Chosen Generation also host their annual Chosen Generation Conference, that combines music, games, fellowship, and a word for youth of all ages.

While beginning her tenure as the Youth Director, the Lord allowed Caitlyn to be appointed as the Music Director for the State of Virginia in the Global United Fellowship, under the Virginia District Leader, her father, Bishop Clarence V. Russell III. She was officially installed on January 13th, 2024. Since she has begun, the Virginia District hosts quarterly workshops to enhance and strengthen to sound of Virginia.
While maintaining her studies at Old Dominion University, she was introduced to the Ebony Impact Gospel Choir. On April 16th, 2024, Caitlyn was voted as the new President for the Ebony Impact Gospel Choir, at Old Dominion University to serve for the 2024-2025 Academic school year.

Caitlyn has three siblings, Clarence the Fourth (23), Casey (17), and Caleb (8). Her favorite scripture is James 4:10 KJV , "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up."
